this is yummy...I am eating it right now and mmmmmmm~ I added alot more garlic though because i just love lots of garlic...no sweetener required...the zing of the grapefruit is the perfect accent.

Grapefruit is really strong. I added a decent amount of agave (to taste) and it balanced it well for me. It is very light and sweet/savory.

Grapefruit and avocado are definitely a match made in heaven, but you really have to like the taste of grapefruit to enjoy this (duh?). I don't have that acquired taste quite yet, but I think this recipe will help.
I didn't use garlic or sprouts or salt and pepper, instead, I used sweetener, and it's pretty good. Still can't get over that grapefruit aftertaste though...

wow, that sounds fantastic! (though it makes me miss california, where I could pick all the avocado and grapefruit straight from trees in my family's yard.)
