2. Pulse soaked almonds and dates in food processor.

it makes 24 servings...so how long will it last without spoiling? do you refrigerate?

Sounds awesome! Is it supposed to be 2 Tb salt or maybe 2 tsp?

Thanks all, so happy you have enjoyed eating and playing with the recipe!!!

Oops the salt was one teaspoon and the vanilla was one tablespoon... I fixed it on the recipe, thanks!!!

I agree with the added spices but my 5 yr old granddaughter doesn't like them... So you know what that means when she's here... LOL

This is a great recipe, waterbaby. I gave this recipe to my friend and she shared her results. Awesome!

Then, I just put mine in the dehydrator, but the batter tasted delicious! She add fresh, sliced cranberries and cloves

to the recipe and I used a mix of raisins and dates, substituted almond meal from TJ's (may not be raw) and also added some goji berries that were soaked for 15 minutes. I diced the comice pears, then whizzed the apples in the processor to a small dice. I added cinnamon, fresh nutmeg and a little allspice. 1 tsp of salt is plenty for this.

it tastes great if you add some mixed spices such as cinnamon, pinch of clove, etc.
