Ingredients
2 cups sprouted quinoa flour
2 tablespoons coconut butter
Enough distilled water to make desired consistency
Recipe Directions
1. Mix the bread ingredients to get a pastry batter.
2. Form into slices.
3. Dehydrate on Teflex sheets at 118 Fahrenheit for 8-10 hours.
4. Flip over and dry for 1 more hour until dry.

So you sprout the quinoa and then dehydrate it? Then grind it into a flour?
And is this coconut butter the unflavored oil? Or the full coconut butter that has all the coconut fiber and flavor?

i think either would work.
and yes, sprout the quinoa and dehydrate it and grind it into a flour. it's a good idea to make a bunch of this stuff. it keeps for months and it's quite useful for a lot of recipes
