Recipe Directions

Ok boys and girls, light coat one side of the seaweed with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt, this makes it moist and new and interesting believe me its worth it. Put this on top of one plain seaweed sheet that is dry and regular. Cut both into Sqaures or rectangle shapes so there are 2 sheets. This keeps the Sushi Slider strong so people can lift it and eat it, only one sheet will not work it is too thin and delicate.

Then simply cut the avocado, mango, and place on each square in a gorgeous oh-so-pretty way.

Then add the sundried cranberry and dill and serve with love!

Rawbryan's Thoughts

Chef Bryan Au here it's good to be back! Ok I just invented Sushi "Sliders" instead of being "rolled" they are open faced sushi! They are very easy to make, fun and people just love it but you have to make it with these exact ingredients because they were specifically designed to create a full flavor cascading experience in that all the flavors are represented in each RAWmazing bite: sweet, salty, sour, herbal, creamy, green, and the effect is RAWonderful!

So I hope you enjoy it, and I will be adding a Totally new creation this week that will RAWmaze you hint is it is a perfect new Summer Treat.

I made the Sushi "Slider" at a huge health Expo in Anaheim and at a Raw Party and got rave reviews. It looks really pretty, is VERY EASY to make, is fun and gourmet so try it at your next RAW Potluck or party. The photo is me almost completing the Sushi Slider but I didn't put the Dill on it yet, the DILL is very necessary and not just for looks or garnish it adds this super flavor to the entire dish.

Agreed. Why do you need to include a picture of the knife, descriptions of how awesome it is and point out how no one could possibly cut food and have it not die immediately unless they use your specific merchandise?

I agree that adding oil and salt makes nori taste even more awesome. I'll make these for breakfast tomorrow--if I get up early enough!

OK, didn't have dill or cranberries, but I did the rest of these this AM and it was a great breakfast--tasted good, and kept me full longer than sweet fruit alone. Thanks for the great idea!

Thanks Bryan, the recipe looks good. I'd appreciate your recipes so much more if you didn't manage to turn every one of them into an ad for your products. You're only one posting here who does that.
