Satisfy your frozen sweet tooth!

I started making these one summer when I really wanted a dessert that was remotely close to being healthy.

I originally made this with honey. Try it with agave nectar if honey is not part of your diet.

Fresh banana (not frozen) can make a nice addition.

Change up your fruit for more variety.

If you like, try putting everything over top a few scoops of your favorite vanilla soy ice cream.
