You could eat it on its own like chocolate mousse. Very good! You can add one very ripe banana to stretch the amount of icing without affecting the texture, but it will affect the taste.

2 large avocados (peeled, seeded)
½ teaspoon vanilla
Sprinkle of unrefined salt
½ cup honey or agave nectar (start with less and adjust to taste)
½ cup carob powder
Recipe Directions

2. Add powdered carob and process briefly until creamy.

Tamar... Carob looks like cocoa powder, it tastes a little sweeter though.. I'm not sure if you can find it in whole foods. When I used to live in California I never found it there.. So I would always use cocoa powder, that works just as fine...

Tamar.. I was researching about carob to see if I could tell you anything else, and I just found that carob doesn't have any caffeine and theobromine which can be addictive and can cause allergies, and can be found in chocolate... =]
