Mrsluukkonen's Thoughts

By mrsluukkonen

This ice cream is so delicious and creamy, you would never know that it has no dairy in it!

My non-raw friends agree!

You will have to play around with the amounts.

Use only enough almond milk to get a thick creamy mixture. You don’t want it to be too thin.

Start with less sweetener, almond milk and vanilla, then add more until it suits your taste.

I think it tastes best with fresh berries on top. :)

This looks good. I am always looking for an alternative to the artificial commercial ice creams. ANYONE IN THE UK ! .....Where in the UK can I buy young coconuts?

I live in Norfolk, 12 miles from Norwich. Our local greengrocer said that he has never heard of them on the 'list' from his supplier. I wanted to try the icecream and the buttery spread from this site. I could ask asda if they are likely to do them. But definitely Tesco, yes. I live in rural Norfolk and so don't have access to an asian shop. I'm disabled as well so I don't get out much. Most of my shopping I do online.
