This is the first recipe that I post here.

I really needed something sweet, and I had 2 dark-brown bananas that I was thinking about throwing away.

Decided to try to make a dessert instead, and it was so good I had to give you the accidental recipe.

I ate it all before I realized it was good enough to post the recipe, so unfortunately there is no photo.

Sounds good. I love bananas like that, but never throw them away! If you don't want to eat them immediately when they get this far - peel them, roughly chop and store in the freezer. You can then make fantastic ice cream with them or add them to smoothies.

mmm, good idea, freezing the brown bananas. I need all ideas I can get to use up and store food, as organic stuff isn't cheap where I live.
