Reminds me of the coconut shakes I had daily while in Thailand, although better because it involves fresh coconut milk as opposed to processed.

Recipe Directions

Open the mature coconut and carve out the yummy middle meat. Run it under the water to clean it up, then chop it into small pieces. Add all ingredients into the blender and blend away for about a minute or until smooth. Pour through a nutmilk bag and sqeeze out all the cream. Yummy! Freeze some of it in an icetray and put the rest into the fridge. Once frozen dump it all back into the blender and blend until thick, frothy and heavenly! I’m sure this could be just as yummy with nutmilk instead of coconut milk.

Thank you for this recipe as I have been looking for a way to make some coconut milk that would be live & raw using mature coconut!

Many Blessings!

This was great! I froze more of the cream for use in future smoothies and mixed agave, cacao powder and cacao butter with the mush and made coconut chocolate mmm!
