Sovajo; yes it took less then a minute to mix and I did have to move it around with the tamper. I lookes just like old fashion ice cream and melts like it too.

jparamax; no I did not soak the cashews first I kinda threw it all together after seeing the Frozen Vanilla Bliss reipe that kandace put up.I am sure you could soak them and dry them if you are comfortable with that way.

This sounds great! And thank you for specifying the exact number of ice cubes -- I've never been sure how many a "cup" would be, lol. How long did you process this for? I assume it was around 30 seconds or so, using the tamper to work it down in?

i just made this and it was great! i soaked my cashews because my blender is pretty crappy . . . i can't wait to make it again. i topped it with diced strawberrys and that was an added bonus. thanks!
