We got a lot of spring onions in our CSA that I specifically searched for a recipe like this. If it weren't for my CSA, I'm sure I wouldn't have looked for this recipe. :o) I had no peppercorn, and don't doubt it would be great. So, I made it without and hoped for the best. I was not disappointed. It was yummm! We ate it with dehydrated crackers. So easy to make too.
