I was in the mood for something light and tasty that would use ingredients I already had in the house. Very little prep time and easy, easy, easy. Chill for a couple of hours for a great summer treat.

Recipe Directions

1. Throw everything into the blender.

2. Mix to whatever consistency you like, adding more or less water.

Sounds great! I love the combo of celery & granny smith in my green smoothies, with the extras you've added [especially the fennel!] I bet it's awesome! Thanks for sharing. :)

I made this last night and loved it! thanks!! I was really hungry and planned to eat this and an avo.. but after I ate this I was so full I didn't eat anything else.
