Ingredients
¼ Papaya, no seeds
1 Mango
1 Sm. Orange, peeled
1½ cup Pineapple (approx.)
½ Cucumber
Lg. Handful of greens
2 cup Water
Recipe Directions
Chop all ingredients and blend away!
Choose your greens depending on your tolerance! For a very mild green smoothie I like to go with romaine and spinach. They work well for people who are green smoothie beginers! Of course if you’re well aquainted use the dark leafies like kale and collards.
