Ingredients

Water from one young coconut
1 Very ripe banana
A few strawberries
1/2 Cup of fresh or frozen wild blueberries
1 Heaping tablespoon of cacao, grinded until smooth
1 tablespoon Hemp seeds
1 Squirt of flax oil
1 Squirt of agave nectar

Recipe Directions

Put all of the ingredients in a blender, and buzz buzz buzz away!

Yummie cocounut dream! Made it without the cacao and it was still wonderful. Has all my favorite ingredients. : )

Wow, this was delicious. The chocolate berry combination is just divine!

I omitted the flax and hemp because I didn't have any, omitted the agave because I felt it was sweet as it is, and put in half the meat of the young coconut.

DELICIOUS!
