Spicy dip for all kinds of vegetables sticks or salads. Taste especially good with cucumbers, carrot, celery, zucchini sticks.

Recipe Directions

Mix all ingredients together with a fork and add more sesame oil or honey depending on taste. For a salad dressing, add 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, 1 teaspoon of roasted black sesame seed, and add water to suitable consistency.

It's kochujang. It's a paste made out of red chili peppers and miso. You can find it at some ethnic markets. You might substitute it a little chili pepper powder.

Woohoo! Just made this to dip some coconut-wrapped veggies in. Was the bomb. Very strongly resembles a peanut sauce before adding the spicy ingredients.
