Recipe Directions

1. Grind macadamias and Brazil nuts in a food processor.

2. Add dates and blend.

3. Then add cacao cocoa.

4. Add half of coconut and cherries and pulse a couple of times.

5. Place into bowl and add other chips if you like (carob, white cacao, or cacao).

6. Form into balls and roll in coconut. Enjoy!

I was inspired by another recipe on this site. This is similar to the raw walnut brownies by Issy.

ps. I make similar truffles only no nuts, I bet the nuts add a good texture. I add cashew nut butter to mine and goji berries. I will try your recipe soon and gather my chocolate disciples :))

Just made these. Easy...and soooo good. I didn't have cherries on hand, but I did have lots of fresh blueberries and made them with those. They came out fantastic. Thanks for the recipe!
