I thought I had pitted dates so I accidentally blended them into a smoothie. Is it safe to drink? thanks!
norm grinder type and sea salt is ths stuff rawfod? n garlic powdr real dried parsley leaves from store n other herbs cinnamon etc?
I've been raw now for 2+ months. Most days, I feel centered and really good. Morning like today, however, I woke up nauseous. My first reaction is that something must be wrong but then I think that it might simply be part of my detox process. I was wondering if that happened to others and for how long did this happen?
It's a raw supplement for a source of vitamin C. I think I read alma berries have 40% tannins. I'm not sure if this is a concern or not. Any opinions?
