Crispy Cookie Cereal and Nut Milk
My favorite cereal of all time! This cereal is both crispy and soft with a buckwheat, cacao, and vanilla dough that is dehydrated until crispy. Next I add in a cranberry, raisin, flax seed, cookie that is chewy, soft, and super good! Last but not least a nut milk that fuses the flavors together. Whats better then a raw cereal to start your day? For more recipes visit my blog http://amandanicolesmithrecipes.blogspot.com/
Plum & Vanilla Fool
Plum and vanilla is a match made in heaven…this fool-style, creamy, sweet, delectable dessert is amazing yet, so simple. Two main ingredients, a bit of vanilla and some water…20 minutes and you’re done.
My recipe serves 3 people with enough left over for chef prerogative of licking out the bowl!

Raw Coconut Butter Cups
In place of raw chocolate-covered cups I'd been making, I thought I'd try to create a recipe using a coconut butter shell. I love how fast they are to make, & the fact that there is no added sweetener, & they still taste this great
"Strawberry Fields Forever" smoothie
"Let me take you down, cause I'm going to, Strawberry Fields. Nothing is real..."Well folks, I have created a delicious smoothie tribute to The Beatles "Strawberry Fields Forever." Strawberries are such a beautiful symbol for all things fresh, abundant, and inspiring. I love to use local strawberries when in season, and they would be a welcomed addition to this recipe when made in the summer months.
I Need a Vanilla Milkshake!
To my delight, this shake is more vanilla than banana. I made this to cure a craving my husband was having. I think one of the keys is to use a less ripe frozen banana. The less ripe the less banana flavor. This recipe was the answer to my previously SAD eater husband when he told me he was REALLY craving a vanilla milkshake. It's not just delicious, it also provides great energy and usable protein! Check out other recipes at http://reneegoesraw.wordpress.com/
Enjoy!
