Serves 4 (or a hungry 3) My non-raw husband made this as a birthday surprise for me :-)
He wanted to make something a bit exotic and middle-eastern, something sweet and tangy at the same time. The honeydew melon and dates give a sweet touch, while the chives give a bit of spice.
This recipe was a filling and delicious surprise for me !
