Leftover Lunch Wraps

Submitted by JuicinJackie0 on August 11, 2010 - 6:40pm

This is a great way to use up leftovers and is surprisingly delicious. Get creative and experiment! You can use those tidbits of leftovers you don't want to waste and nourish yourself with great nutrition while you are at it! My wrap filling was a mix of leftover sprouted quinoa, veggie salad and an avocado. With a big juicy tomato on the side to finish off lunch, your tummy will thank you!

7 Sprouted Grains and Seeds cereal

Submitted by WhiteApple on July 20, 2010 - 11:05am

3-8, depending on your appetite

I got some ezekiel cereal because I love their bread and loved it then I realized it was so simple and I could easily make one for cheaper most importantly without wheat/gluten. So I got together all the grains and seeds I had on hand that I thought would go good in this to make this. I still want to get some millet to try in it and even try corn and rice if I feel daring.
