raw, vegan, non-alcoholic and delicious
I was at whole foods and they had a bunch of beautiful young coconuts, so i figured it was the time to experiment... and all four i bought were perfect, so i had a lot of material to work with!
i made one main batch and separated it into different types. you could halve it to make just one type if youlike.
the main, uncultured batch tasted very pleasantly just like melted ice cream from One Lucky Duck cafe. amazing! and the cultured batch tasted like a slightly fizzy and creamy coconut milk (better than the canned!)
(i keep trying to add a pic but its not working)
At a fair in 2007, I couldn’t find a single vendor with something raw (no suprise, really). A woman selling lemonade from a cart a few yards away caught my eye. I watched her squeeze (gasp) real lemons into a cup and add sugar and water. Since then, I had made my own honey-sweetened version with great success. Then I thought, why not try adding peppermint sun tea to it?Brilliant!
A delicious citrus variation of the traditional chia fresca. I love making these energizing chia drinks, these little tiny seeds pack huge energy to power you through the day. This is a great morning beverage.

Oh so creamy, luscious, and rich! This is a delicious dessert milk, great over buckwheaties or granola for breakfast or snack, perfect on it's own with a straw, or a sweet addition to a super smoothie.
