Oat Yogurt

Servings:
1-2

I found this recipe in an old (non-raw) book in my house called Healing With Whole Foods. It's a raw recipe, but it doesn't call for sprouted oats. I didn't soak/sprout the oats at all and it came out nicely, but please let me know how it comes out if you choose to sprout first.

Sweet Purple Fungi

Servings:
6 small rounds

Soft little burgers that are great on their own, and would be nice on bread or in a wrap. There are some similar recipes already on the site, but I was particularly pleased at how the sauce to bind the burgers came out, being nut & seed-free. Also, they were very simple to make and didn't take much time. I only dehydrated for 1 hour, and they were soft & juicy, with just a bit of crunch on the outside. It was also really good before going in the dehydrator, so if you don't have one just press some on bread or pile on top of greens and eat away!

Coconut Rainbow Salad

Coconut Rainbow Salad
Servings:
2-3

Fresh daikon, bell peppers, spinach, cabbage and carrots covered in coconut-chili-pineapple sauce and garnished with herbs, scallions, and fresh fruit. I made this salad out of a bunch of produce I had sitting in the fridge--I really liked this combination but I am sure other veggies and/or fruits would be delicious as well!

Sauteed veggies over Caulicouscous

Sauteed veggies over Caulicouscous
Servings:
it's easy to make a big bucket for the whole neighborhood!

Sauter means “to jump” in French. Scientific research shows that deaden matter can not jump. In order “to jump”, apparently one has to be – alive.
