This is a pretty simple recipe… it’s so simple I almost feel like I’m wronging you by calling it a recipe. I had the spices around the house and always have flax seed. + I LOVE avocados. This Avocado-Flax love concoction idea sprouted after I found this simple-flaxy-love idea:
