This is a great breakfast ever. It's amazing!!
Easy as you can get. All you need is a food processor.
Apple washed and cored. Process with 1 tbsp almond butter.
Just process only enough to chop it and you want it to be in little pieces and not too smooth.
Then in your coffee grinder, grind 2 tbsp flax seeds and pour over you apple mixture.

A slightly sweet, fruity loaf, full of purple goodness. Perfect for breakfast or a snack.
These are some of my favorite crackers of all time. I got the basic recipe from Mary Rydman's book, Raw and Radiant. I found I needed to make it more flavorful than the original, so feel free to go lighter on the garlic, onion etc. I like them with sliced avocado, sliced tomatoes, cucumber, or (my favorite) raw goat cheddar. They're great for taking to work for lunch.
