I wanted a lighter tortilla that wasn’t full of buckwheat and wasn’t made entirely out of flax seeds… and I had leftover veggies from making noodles so I used them up and these came out nicely!
Adapted to be raw from a recipe I found from elanaspantry.com. It was mostly raw to begin with; actually a lot of her recipes seem to be that way. Anyway this recipe was so good I had to share it here!
I got this idea from Ani’s breakfast Cakes but I changed it around a bit and like my version better. I am so addicted to these.
