it's easy to make a big bucket for the whole neighborhood!

Sauter means “to jump” in French. Scientific research shows that deaden matter can not jump. In order “to jump”, apparently one has to be – alive.

Quinoa alfafa dinner salad
Servings:
2 large or 4 small

a very hearty salad utilising my sunflower sourcream recipe as the salad sauce, you can use your favourite creamy raw dressing if you prefer, i would recomend getting a bit of garlic in there somehow though

German Oasis

Submitted by the_eternal_voyageur on September 8, 2008 - 1:33am

Serves 4 (or a hungry 3)

My non-raw husband made this as a birthday surprise for me :-)
He wanted to make something a bit exotic and middle-eastern, something sweet and tangy at the same time. The honeydew melon and dates give a sweet touch, while the chives give a bit of spice.
This recipe was a filling and delicious surprise for me !

Curried Grain and Nut Dish (nuts can be omitted for those who have nut-free diets)

Curried Grain and Nut Dish (nuts can be omitted for those who have nut-free diets)

This recipe is by Richard Salome. I substituted raw buckwheat in place of raw barley because of gluten allergies. I folded in the raisins and apples instead of adding them to the blender (trust me, ft’s much better this way), and I also omitted the blanching of the almonds…why do that? They’re fine without adding hot water…
JUST KEEP IT RAW! ;-)

P.S. MY CHEAP GOOD FOR NOTHING $10 CAMERA THAT I GOT FROM WALGREEN’S TOOK A LOUSY PICTURE OF THIS DISH, WHICH I COULDN’T EVEN UPLOAD, SO I UPLOADED THIS PHOTO OF SOME BUCKWHEAT OFF OF GOOGLE IMAGES. BUT THIS DISH REALLY DOES LOOK APPETIZING WHEN YOU MAKE IT.
