Blueberry-Lemon Mousse
Inspired by a blueberry-lemon tart smoothie recipe I saw on here! The lemon makes this sooooooooo wonderfully yummy!!! The blueberries make it set up, or you can eat it immediately & it will be more like a pudding. The picture was taken before it was completely set.
Strawberry Mousse
An easy one when you have too many strawberries!!!! This is adapted from many raw strawberry cream pie recipes. The original pie recipe comes from The Complete Book of Raw Food and the recipe is by Kari Clingo. You may sub any sweetener of choice. If the berries are really sweet, I’ve completely left out the dates and it’s great.
Easy Chocolate Mousse
Really easy, super quick and yummy chocolate mousse!
Flavours, such as orange or lemon, can be added.
I get raw chocolate powder from www.detoxyourworld.com http://www.detoxyourworld.com/acatalog/chocolate_powder_organic.html
If you can’t get hold of raw chocolate powder you could substitute with 100% cocoa powder (this isn’t raw).
This mousse satisfies the sweet craving I sometimes get and at the same time makes me feel full which means I don’t crave to eat anything else. Perfect for when I feel I might fall off the wagon!
Even my junk foodist boyfriend likes this!
I like to make it in advance and take it to work the next day. Everyone asks “What’s that? I thought you ate only raw food?” He he he he!
Avocado and coconut-free Chocolate Mousse Heaven
This is for Diana’s dilemna. In the end, you need 1/2 C of liquid (clementines), so you can sub a rasberry/water mixture or for milkier mousse, use raw almond milk instead of the clementines.
