Light (Non Nut) Basic Bread

makes about 6 slices, or one full trayAbout 1.5 cups of raw wheat berries (soaked overnight)
1/2 cup of wet sunflower seed pulp (from making milk perhaps)
2 teaspoons
of sea salt
1 squirt of agave nectar
1/4 olive oil

Vegetable Pasta with Marinara Sauce

4-6 servingsThis is fabulous, I used onion instead of scallions. Also used lime instead of lemon and only a slight shake of the salt. I didn’t add the soaking water as I love my sauce thick.
