Nanners
This is a childhood favorite of mine past down through generatios. My mother would make this for me as an infant starting me on solid foods but I kept eating it well into my teens. Then I started my children on it when they were young. Now we eat it all the time as a snack or dessert. I hope you’ll enjoy it asmuch as my family has for centuries.
Cinna-Squish
Cinna-Squish is a cinnamon banana pudding. This is a variation of a childhood favorite of mine (see “Nanners”). My fifteen year old daughter made this recipe. She says it tastes like “Cinnabons” to her. I agree! It is a healthy delicious snack, dessert, or even a quick breakfast.
Enjoy!! :)
Flax Cherry Chews (Enzyme Madness!)
So I got some juice pulp recipees from goneraw.com, but was still not satisfied, so I went kind of crazy and have been making up recipees with the pulp ever since. This is what I most recently came up with. Best if they stay a little moist and not too crunchy…more chewey..hence the name.
Easy Date/Kale/Avocado wraps
The recipe name says it all! These are yummy, quick wraps for a snack or dinner. They’re good for breakfast too!
Shazzies Pizza
This is adapted from ‘Detox delights’ by Shazzie. (www.shazzie.com) This is worth the effort. Make double the recipe, you will want to eat more of it, I always make two at once. It is very reminisant of cooked pizza and really helps to squash bready, carby junk food cravings. The photo is kindly donated by the wonderful Mygreenmojo, it looks great thank you!
