They are so easy, healthy, delicious, and inexpensive.
They are also very versatile, and I'm always just putting in whatever I think will be yummy.
Mineral rich foods like seaweed(or raw chocolate, mmm)seem to really influence my general state, emotionally, mentally and physically, in a really positive way- I just seem to function better on all fronts!

This recipe is based on Cafe Gratitude's delicious I AM BLISS hazelnut cream flan but uses almond milk, fresh vanilla pods and was set in a takeaway food container rather than a nut crust base.
A thai-inspired kelp noodle salad made with cilantro, sesame oil, and avocado! Yum! Very refreshing! I have made this several times, varying ingredients and amounts each time. Please feel free to adjust the amounts to your liking...this is my first original raw food recipe ever, and I am pretty impressed with it so far! I plan to add photos of it later. I like to serve in bowls with chopsticks.
