I got this from Tanya’s Site so all props to her. I am posting this in response to SICK of NUTS and for all of us who refuse to spend half your budget on NUTS only to gain nothing but bloated bellies and weight. My daughter and I ate these before my wife could get home. It is really tasty and worth a try.

I wanted some kind of taco that was simple and didn’t require me to run the food processor or blender, since the hubby was sleeping. This came out great. My hubby tried it and liked it, but I chopped everything up into taco salad for him. A nice quick and refreshing taco (or salad)!!!!

This is a delicious Fat-Free alternative to Guac. I could eat my own weight in guacamole if left to my own devices and this is a lighter alternative.

I can’t remember where I got this recipe from, but its the best paired with SPICY FAJITAS peppers on this site by STEAMBOATKATIE. I am always trying to find or think up interesting salad dressing as they are the weekday dinners for the household. The picture is just inspiration to get your greens in. We have a lovely farm that delivers a weeks worth of organic greens to us chard,salad mix, lactino kale,spinach,for $125.00 feeds three two adults and one child.
