More of a guideline rather than a rule...
This is a recipe you can play with to get the tastes and textures you like.
Satisfy your frozen sweet tooth! I started making these one summer when I really wanted a dessert that was remotely close to being healthy. I originally made this with honey. Try it with agave nectar if honey is not part of your diet.
I was having a craving for panang curry so here is what came of it. even my non raw mother in law loved it and is still raving about it .
It has a sweet tangy flavor very true to orginal.
Here's an easy, yummy raw flan for you all.I was inspired by Matthew Kenney - hard not to be! You could use the base as tofu or ricotta (omit the vanilla) or as ice cream (add 1/2 cup agave to base and freeze.) Spread a little ricotta (no vanilla) on raw onion bread, fresh tomato sauce and a chiffinade of fresh basil for a yummo pizza.
I was kinda upset that all of the yummy looking raw ice cream recipes I found, used an Ice cream maker, and I don't have one (yet ;-D) So I thought of how to make and ice cream, without an ice cream maker, that tastes REALLY good, and I came up with this! It's easy, simple, and so yummy!
