Sweet Walnut Spread

Submitted by pathlesstrodden on November 15, 2011 - 8:06am
Sweet Walnut Spread
Servings:
1/2

I'm in Tuscany, Italy and here walnuts and pears are in season at the same time...I’m sure it’s because they taste amazing together!

To celebrate here’s a really simple walnut spread I came up with that goes SO well on sliced up pears. It’s really easy to make, and a smooth and creamy taste experience!

I Need a Vanilla Milkshake!

To my delight, this shake is more vanilla than banana. I made this to cure a craving my husband was having. I think one of the keys is to use a less ripe frozen banana. The less ripe the less banana flavor. This recipe was the answer to my previously SAD eater husband when he told me he was REALLY craving a vanilla milkshake. It's not just delicious, it also provides great energy and usable protein! Check out other recipes at http://reneegoesraw.wordpress.com/
Enjoy!

Kiwi/Banana/ Cacao Powershake

Hi this is a amazing recipe I yust invented today after my 10 km yogging action.

i strictly recommend to yust use organic fruits first of all it`s all about the frequency BABY...but secondly because I am from time to time really lazy it is the best to deplug the stem of the kiwi and trough it in the high speed blender right away ;-) with out peeling. Sidenote most of the vitamins in fruits are directly underneath the peel. SO ....

ENYOY !!!
