Serves 2 to 4This was an accident. I meant to make wraps, but apparently bucked up the buckwheat recipe and ended up with crackers, they were almost like ritz in texture, next time I make them I will cut them and make them prettier with some salt on them. (they were good, but fugly)

2 ServingsThis dish actually happened by accident. I was making some stuffed tomatoes, so I decided to blend the insides of the tomatoes with some raisins and garlic… and Voila! It tasted like a thick version of that orange duck sauce you get with take out. This is just too easy!
