This drink is like....uh, goes up to 11 (Spinal Tap reference :))
It really does taste like 11 levels and lifts me up to the 11th level. That is 1 more past 10!
And it is a great way to work in lemon with peel seeing what Gabriel Cousens recommends about having lemon in Courtney Pool's blog which I excerpted:
"1 lime or lemon per day, including the peel helps to dissolve bad calcification; more than that will take out good calcium"

Super tasty super chewy and super foods. I have been eating these lately and they are the bomb. It tastes like a really good brownie and can be made very fast.

Cocoa Macca Pudding

This makes a delicious pudding for breakfast, dessert, snack, whatever! THis is by far my most favorite raw recipe! It also makes a great pie filling with various berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, even pineapple).

Beegan Cream Candy

My kids love bee pollen- the love to just nibble on it straight. I wanted to make something unique for them that didn’t make such a mess from them dropping it all over the house. So I made them these cream cadies that they get on special occassions. They are very sweet and rich- so you don’t need very much to satisfy you.

Super Power Shake From Heaven

This shake is a great start in the morning. Who needs coffee when you’ve got a delicious, nutrient, and energy packed shake?! I add the Camu Camu Powder and the Chia seed gel for the extra protein (since I am VERY active in all sorts of activities),for the extra iron because I am anemic, and because their high in antioxidants (but just the macca, Cocoa, Banana, and strawberries by themselves pack quite a nutrient punch!). So if your deficient in Calcium, Iron, Protein, or want more antioxidants I would suggest using all the ingredients on the list that you can get a hold of.
