This dish actually happened by accident. I was making some stuffed tomatoes, so I decided to blend the insides of the tomatoes with some raisins and garlic… and Voila! It tasted like a thick version of that orange duck sauce you get with take out. This is just too easy!

My daughters came up with this one tonight while I was making a huge batch of salsa Even my little kids love it.

My friend Becky has a son that cant have nuts so she’s always changing raw recipes and making them nut free….. and this ones not that bad :)
