Debbie's Green Envy Juice
I made this juice up today, when I wanted to have something green, refreshing, and use up my kale. Measurements are not exact, so add or take away what you desire to make this green envy your own. I added the juice to a tall glass of purified ice cubes…and saved the pulp to make crackers later in the dehydrator.
Red, White and Green Juice
Place ingredients one by one in juicer. Pour into glass, relax and Enjoy. Or great on the go refreshing energy booster.
Option: Spoon out some of the vegetable and fruit fiber in the
juicer extractor and stir into juice for added texture and fiber. Delicious, uplifting drink.
Fushia Fruit Fantastic *A*!
This fruit juice/smoothie is a great energizer to get your day going. Beets cleanse the body and blood and is high in vitamin A. Ginger is great for digestion and high in Phytochemicals, and it also aids inflammation, improves circulation. Cilantro is great for anxiety (yes it is), it’s high in vitamin A and potassium, so if you need extra vitamin A and energy this is the drink for you!
A date with a banana
I don’t know why I’ve been craving bananas and dates these last few days (yeah they’re really good for me and the baby but they are all I want to eat!) I wouldn’t call this a smoothie, more like a thick milk. Since we’ve had a small shortage of raw almonds in the market I gave in and used cow’s milk. I’m sure it would have been tastier with nut milk though. This filled me right up and baby was even bouncier (is that a word?) after I finished. I guess she liked it too.
Tangy Green Juice
Sweet and tangy juice packed full of vitamins and amino acids!
