This is a raw thai curry coconut noodle dish with 3 types of mushrooms. You're gonna have to eyeball the amounts coz I tend to go with "a little of this and little of that" and not use measurements. Sorry.

This Tropical Fruit Salad with Curry Agave Nectar was inspired by one of my favorite meals of all time: banana curry, eaten with our toes digging into the sandy boundary between the town of Montezuma, Costa Rica, and the Pacific Ocean. These are based on Brendan Bazier's crackers which he bakes in the oven but I dehydrated mine and they turned out great!
