Traditionally served with the Lebanese mezze (appetizer course), this dish can be served raw or cooked and traditionally uses lamb. Here is a tasty raw version of this dish...

Tabouli (Tabbouleh)

Serves 2-6, depending on how hungry you are/what you're serving it with.

A raw version of Tabouli, replacing the bulgur wheat with buckwheat sprouts.

Butternut Couscous Salad

Submitted by DivineMissEm on July 31, 2007 - 7:56am
Servings:
About 2 cups. Served two as main, but would be better as a side dish for more-

Summery salad with a heady mixture of flavors and textures. Also extremely versatile, easy and filling. Go make it now!
