This is soooo good when I am craving ice cream. I know, it’s very simple, but I am working on getting more adventurous with uncooking. I love to be in the kitchen and prepare food, but right now I am a little short on equipment and ingredients. I can’t wait to get going in this raw food adventure and get creative here. Anyway, about the recipe. It makes a perfect individual serving and it’s so simple and delicious!!!!
If you are looking for rich creamy ice cream that’s chocolaty this is it. I really enjoyed rich ice cream before going raw and this does not disappoint. Add more chocolate if you are a chocoholic as this recipe more subtle. Taste before you freeze. Soft and creamy not icy at all.
This is a creamy chocolate treat that is great alone or in my “Pie Crust”. My whole non-raw family likes it, too!
This shake is very similar to the ones you find at the store.
I took the ingredients off the container from Glaser Farms. They are an awsome organic raw food farm in Miami.
Bmore and enjoy!

I absolutely love durian. This recipe would be good as a pudding, make it thicker for an icing or freeze for an ice cream. I’m not sure if the spinach adds to the flavour, I originally added it for additional nutrition and I haven’t tried it without it yet.
