St. Patrick’s Day is right around the corner and it will be my first St. Pattie’s day 100% raw, so I’m in the midst of re-creating my favorite dishes for the holiday. This one will definately satisfy your “green” sweet tooth!

Hawaiian Haven Cookies

enought to have you wanting more!These cookies are AMAZING. I came up with them last night. I didn’t really measure, so use your judgement. They have this tart “zing” from the pineapple juice and a very sweet taste from the dates and avgave. The coconut gives a it a crunch.
