You could make this with any kind of sauce you like. This sauce is "Thai" because it contains a lot of classic Thai flavors, but you could modify it to taste however you want!

Autumn is here. It's yummy soup season. I created this raw soup for my Mom based on a cooked African soup recipe. It's quick, easy and delicious. The colors are very inviting as well. This is a great, no-fat-added dressing that really spices up your greens! It's a green color, too. :)
I think it's better with prepared mustard, but if you can find a raw one, that's great!!
