Filling serves 1, double recipe for 2A deserving, delectable desert! I paired mine with chocolate-mint tea (water and chocolate mint leaves from my garden – you can brew it in the sun or serve warm). It would also be wonderful with a small glass of nutmilk or coconut water. This desert is very easy to make. Treat yourself to this fast and fabulous finger food!!! Also great for hot dates, makes a sexy sweet!

I made this square, not round, so when cut up made about 12 brownie size piecesIt was my birthday last week and I really wanted to make a raw cake so after lots of trawling through recipes I thought I’d make one up! Looks like lots but really easy!
