This chocolate ice cream is so rich and creamy. Even when frozen for more than a couple days, it still scoops easily because of the beneficial fats the hemp provides.

These taste just like the Easter chocolate I used to get but they are healthy! Sorry, I don’t know the measurements, just do what feels right.

Maca makes it like a malted flavor, the Carob plus Vanilla, gives it a hint of caramel. Frozen coconut and bananas which are a staple in our freezer, give it a real old fashioned ice cream milk shake feel without the nasty milk and cream of course!
I had no need for added agave or sweetener. These are all just perfect level of sweetness for us here! IT was BRUNCH today and only one vitamixer to rinse and clean up.

This delectable treat stays solid as long as it’s kept cold. My group of friends refers to it as “raw sugary death.”
