Wild Rice Salad

Adapted from the LifeFood Recipe Book by Annie and David Jubb.- Apparently this was not the recipe to post. David Jubb’s book said Canadian Wild rice harvested by the Manitok, which is actually grass seed. Is it really raw? I don’t know. Makes enough for one person, unless you eat a lot or too little.This took me only about 15 minutes to make and it was so pretty and good! SOOO good. Totally satisfying, visually and physically. Didn’t use so many ingredients either, so saves me money! Oh, and it all should be organic, because that’s better for you!
