This is a super quick, easy dip/spread. This could be served as a veggie dip, or as a dressing (add a little water to thin.) You could add a little nutritional yeast to the radish dip for a cheesier flavor. I would love to eat this as a sandwich between two slices of raw onion bread, lettuce, brandywine tomato slice, grated carrot and sprouts. Yum!
a very hearty salad utilising my sunflower sourcream recipe as the salad sauce, you can use your favourite creamy raw dressing if you prefer, i would recomend getting a bit of garlic in there somehow though
Edible Flower Salad. This really is the ultimate offering from God to the garden, the garden to you and you to your body. This salad has healing detox properties. As Dr. Bernard Jensen says “The Body Molds To What You Feed It” – this is so true. Eat this and your body will THANK you!
This tastes best eaten outside, in the sun, while sitting on the lawn… A delicious spring or summer treat.
Wow. This is, in my opinion, one of the best snacks I have ever come across. What is it about sprouts? I just don’t know, but they have me in their thrall…
If you have even more time, you could get fancy with the dressing and use a blender to add ginger and garlic!
