You get vitamins and minerals from the dates, healthy fats and minerals from the cashews, and antioxidants from the cacao nibs! So simple, and oh so delicious!
Cheezee Kale Chips

A lot When my Mom and I were at our local health food store, we saw these kale chips that were called "Quite Cheezee Kale Chips", and they were SO EXPENSIVE, but the best kale chips ever! So I took off the ingredients, and sort of made up my own version of the one at the store, and it tastes very close to the one we bought, but a lot cheaper.
French Onion Dip

1 to 2 cups This is a simple recipe once you have the sour cream made but I figured out some measurements and made it for potlucks and it went over very well.I served it with raw potatoe chips and raw doritos and it was a hit.
NOTE: This recipe is for home use only. My bf and I sell this for our raw food home business so this is not for commerical sale use! Please respect that! ;)
