Hemp Seed Avocado Sushi
Sushi has always been my favorite food pre-raw. Especially avocado sushi! So i was determined to recreate it in a familiar way. I have never seen hemp used in a raw vegan recipe as an alternative to rice (perhaps because it's quite expensive) but the taste and the appearance are wonderfully similar, and it's great for you! These could not have been more successful at satisfying my craving.
Sunset Smoothie
I've made this delectable drink the last couple of mornings. Perfect start for a Spring day (I'm in Australia) or any season. Just a few ingredients - looked and tasted like heaven!

Satisfying Salad
This salad is filling and also very easy to make. The ingredients were all things I happened to have in my fridge. The macadamia oil can be substituted for any other type of oil but I really like how the macadamia flavor goes with the other ingredients.
