10 Minute Broccoli-No Cheese Soup

Submitted by JuicinJackie0 on March 7, 2011 - 11:32am
Servings:
2-4 servings, depending on how hungry you are!

This soup was very easy and quick to put together. It tastes a lot like the Cream of Broccoli soup I used to cook!

Paradise Found Thai Red Curry Tomato-Mushroom Bisque

Submitted by eat2evolve on August 25, 2009 - 5:52am
Servings:
Two Bowls

This soup, invented last night in a flurry of inspiration, is indescribably delicious. Just one spoonful will send your taste buds into paroxysms of euphoria. I’m not kidding. Prepare to be transfixed. Warning: If you generally prefer sitting down to eat, get settled at table before tasting or you may never make it! I finished my bowl standing up, it was that good. (This is the short story. For the long story, please visit my blog http://eat2evolve.blogspot.com/2009/08/paradise-found-thai-red-c....)

This marinara sauce is super easy, with minimal ingredients and practically no effort! Goes great over zucchini noodles. So fresh and tasty!

Italian Flax Crackers

Submitted by A-Love on January 25, 2009 - 12:26pm
Servings:
7 dehydrator trays

These are some of my favorite crackers of all time. I got the basic recipe from Mary Rydman's book, Raw and Radiant. I found I needed to make it more flavorful than the original, so feel free to go lighter on the garlic, onion etc. I like them with sliced avocado, sliced tomatoes, cucumber, or (my favorite) raw goat cheddar. They're great for taking to work for lunch.
