A delicious version I created because I didn't have to make (again!) that (http://raw-pleasure.com.au/index.php?option=com_rapidrecipe&page...) awesome recipe... What a discovery!
Okay so basically this is a bowl of fruits and a mixture of powders, nuts, and seeds that are delicious and alkalizing.
I got some ezekiel cereal because I love their bread and loved it then I realized it was so simple and I could easily make one for cheaper most importantly without wheat/gluten. So I got together all the grains and seeds I had on hand that I thought would go good in this to make this. I still want to get some millet to try in it and even try corn and rice if I feeldaring.
This is one of my current go-to meals, I have it 2-3 times a week, I love it. The soup is from The Raw Revolution Diet by Cherie Soria, Brenda Davis, and Vesanto Melina. Try it!
