Basic Fruit Smoothie 'Template'

Makes 1 smoothieThis smoothie used up a really ripe banana, an orange close to being out of it’s prime, and the last of a big head of pineapple i had. mmmm so tasty!!!!! A little on the pulpy side, but if you cut the pineapple cleanly it shouldn’t be so bad. I didn’t mind it, personally.

4 cupsA delicious, creamy green smoothie. The spinach emulsifies nicely, the banana gives it a sweetness and the arugola gives it a slight peppery bite.
